| Growing up in Leavenworth, WA and having lived and worked in Bellevue since 1987, I'll provide you with long term experience and reputation in these areas. Be assured you will get all the local knowledge and a very ‘down home” genuine personality with tons of integrity. As a former VP of a large local market research firm, I will be an awesome source of information for you… or, perhaps getting information no one else has... Owning two successful businesses in the past will greatly benefit you with strategic planning, creative marketing, hard work, great follow through and an unbeatable customer centric mantra. It is also a plus that I was one of the founders of the Magnolia HiFi retail custom audio/video business working with a long list of Puget Sound builders and home owners several years ago. I continue to attend all continuing education courses and am a member of NWMLS, National Association of REALTORS and Seattle/King County Association of Realtors. In case you wondered, I do take time out for fun and staying fit and active. I am on the PNSA Masters ski racing circuit, my girlfriend and I mountain bike, golf and hike around the NW and we spend time in the city too.
